VIDEO: 17-year-old shows technical brilliance in penalty shot

Nearly two weeks ago, the U19 teams of Latvia and the Czech Republic faced each other. The practice match had a penalty series afterward and the 17-year-old Klāvs Jansons used this to show a moment of pure brilliance.
