Kenya has become the winner of both the men’s and women’s Africa Floorball Cup 2019.

The tournament was played last week, in Nairobi, Kenya. At the men’s tournament, Burkina Faso became runner-up, followed by Somalia. The score in the final was 3-1 in Kenya’s favor.

The women’s tournament only had two participants: Kenya (winner) and Burkina Faso. Kenya won 2-1 after penalty shots.

Five countries played in the second men’s Africa Floorball Cup, although originally, seven teams had registered for the Men’s tournament, as the IFF wrote. Originally, there were also three women’s teams, but Uganda withdrew.
