One of the dirtiest fouls of the season? – Goes completely UNPUNISHED

At the end of the game Pixbo vs Mullsjö, the following scene happened. With Mullsjö having a huge lead, their Viktor Wibring was fouled by Pixbo’s Johan Borgström. The referees decided to give the ball to Mullsjö but refrained from any further penalties and it looked like the ball was even handed to Pixbo (from watching the stream). Were the referees right with this decision or should they have given a harsher penalty?
