Tomorrow, the final day of the WFC starts off with six more group stage games.
Here’s the full list including a do-or-die match between Denmark and Estonia! Which games will you be watching?
10:30 CET Singapore – Australia
Who would have thought? Singapore and Australia will be playing for the first position in group D. The winner of this match will play against Germany for a place in the quarterfinals while the loser of this game will most likely meet Poland.
13:30 CET Denmark – Estonia
What a game we’re having on 13:30 when Denmark meets Estonia competing for a direct spot in the playoffs! With both teams on 2 points after 2 matches, it is the winner who will qualify for the next round. The loser will be playing placement matches.
16:30 CET Czech Republic – Slovakia
Neighbor meets neighbor in this Central-European battle. Czech Republic is definitely the favorite here but in case Slovakia can win this match, they will qualify directly for the quarter finals. Otherwise this right will go to Czech Republic.
16:30 CET USA – Thailand
Both teams probably hoped or at least imagined a different WFC as they already know they will have to play placement matches. Both teams lost both first two games and are now looking for their first WFC2019 win.
19:30 CET Poland – Switzerland
The host nation will play against Poland which should be a walk in the park for Switzerland, especially considering the great support the team has received from its fans! Or will Poland write history and defeat Switzerland on their own soil?
19:30 CET Sweden – Latvia
Sweden will be working on expanding their already impressive goal count with the last group stage match of the WFC2019. Perhaps Latvia can stunt but it would be the miracle of the century as Sweden has shown already incredible form this tournament.
