Draw for Eighth finals Swiss Cup tournament, Wiler meets Köniz – See full draw

The Swiss Cup tournament has started off. Now, the draw for the eighth-finals has been announced.

Men’s tournament

Three big games will be played in the men’s tournament, as multiple NLA teams face each other. Reigning champion Wiler-Ersigen gets a visit from Floorball Köniz, the champion from 2017/2018. UHC Thun faces the promoted Ad Astra Sarnen, Waldkirch-St. Gallen pays a visit to Zug United, Chur Unihockey meets Alligator Malans and GC Zürich has to fight Rychenberg Winterthur. Last year’s cup winner Tigers Langnau plays against NLB team Iron Marmots Davos-Klosters.

Women’s division

Ten of the remaining sixteen women’s teams are from the NLA, the other six usually play in the NLB. At least one NLB team will make it to the quarter-finals as Hot Chilis Rümlang-Regensdorf meets Waldkirch-St. Gallen.
