Video: Mika Kohonen’s 1000th point in the SSL

It would be in the game against Warberg IC that Mika Kohonen set yet another massive milestone in his career – 1000 points in the world’s best league. A pass to his teammate Daniel Johnsson, who took a shot that deflected on a Warberg player and into the goal, led to some confusion among spectators and the commentator. Would Mika get the assist point or would it count as an own goal? However when the speaker announced that he indeed got a point for the assist, the arena was filled with applause from players, coaches, spectators – everyone.
