Day 4 of the World Floorball Championships 2018 is ahead of us with 5 games to be played. Here’s the schedule for the day with links to all live streams!

In the final game of the day, the Czech Republic will face Switzerland in the group A final, a game that will have a huge impact on the outcome of the group. A big crowd is expected, so make sure to tune in or attend the arena if you’re in Prague!

O2 Arena
Thailand – Australia 10:00 – Stream
Australia will probably become the runner-up in Group C, unless Thailand manages to beat them AND Australia scores less than one goal. Huh? Check out the article with an extended explanation about the ranking rules.

Slovakia – Singapore 12:45 – Stream
Slovakia is at 2/2 victories. Winning this third game will grant them the victory in Group D, which brings them to the playoffs. Singapore is at second spot right now, but still at risk for being lowered to third place – if Canada beats Japan with at least seven goals scored.

Norway – Finland 16:45 – Stream
Norway easily defeated Denmark but fell short against Sweden. Today the team meets Finland. If they manage to shock the world and defeat the reigning champions (it’s not outside the realm of possibilities) they will take second place in their group. This means both teams have everything to play for.

Czech Republic – Switzerland 19:30 – Stream
The ultimate group stage finale. Czech Republic and Switzerland will decide who will be crowned group winner. After Germany’s shock victory over Latvia, both teams are guaranteed a top-2 spot and, with it, a ticket to the quarterfinals. Given that the complete top-4 reaches the semifinals (Sweden, Finland, Switzerland and Czech Republic), the winner of this game will meet Finland, while the loser meets Sweden, who are regarded favorites to win the tournament.

Arena Sparta
Japan – Canada 14:30 – Stream
As said above at Svk-Sin, Canada still has a chance of becoming the runner-up in Group C. The team needs to beat Japan AND has to score at least seven times in order to overtake Singapore. Japan is at fourth place and can only move up one spot, if they win this final group game.

Sweden – Denmark 17:15 – Stream
Sweden will play against Denmark in the second game in the Arena Sparta. Denmark has lost two games and cannot take a top-2 position anymore but it will be interesting to see how Sweden’s coach Mikael Hill will approach the game.
